Loved the facilities, they are truly fantastic and rival a Disney property. But it really was the staff! The staff is even friendlier than a Disney property and far superior to ANY Marriott vacation club we've visited in the country including the Royal Palms which we stayed at previously. The family activities, games, and kids club were top-notch. Your activities director is a remarkable leader which shows from planning and executing to recruiting the right people. The property GM must have excellent training, policies and recruiting in place as well as staff retention. I do not know how the service exceeds that of Disney at every touchpoint, but there is really something special going on at your Harbour Lake property. We are DVC members and the Harbour Lake experience has us thinking about selling DVC and joining the Marriott Vacation Club.

we just arrived home from a six night stay at the Marriott harbor hotel. It was amazing the facilities for two and five-year-old were so much fun and it provided a relaxing vacation for the parents too! we had a two bedroom villa that was clean and comfortable with a great view of the Falls pool. The staff are kind and accommodating, and the grounds are clean and well-kept. The food and drink services were also enjoyable and reasonably priced. The kids activities and amenities were a big hit!

The hotel was perfect for our visit. Grammy, son and 4 year old granddaughter. She loved the various pools and we were in them 2 or 3 times a day. My son has a spinal cord injury and is in a wheelchair and the ADA room worked well. The whole hotel campus was accessible for him which was a big plus for us. The activities were mostly for older kids but we had fun watching the hula hoop competition etc. Lots of activities! The daily ice cream special was a big hit.

Beautiful decor, very clean, nice amenities and upgrades to condo. Loved going down to clubhouse for coffee in the morning, and then walking over to see the dolphins! Also loved the restaurant was so close. Also the pool, nice clean and warm!!

Everything was clean and smell great! I really loved this place. We came as a recommendation from a family member, and he was not lying when told us that this was his favorite vacation place for his girls :) Thanks everyone there, you are amazing!

The rooms were huge, very comfortable and clean. The pools with the small waterpark and thr minigolf were excellent entertainment for the kids.

so much to do especially with kids. could definitely stay here and not even go to any parks. prices were great? staff mostly friendly. close to parks. villas were awesome, came with literally everything you could need.

Exceptional as always! Friendly staff, fun activies, and pure comfortableness. The discount on drinks when it was raining was a huge plus!

everything we needed was in walking distance, the staff was super friendly and accommodating! The kids really enjoyed the pool and the activities they had daily were so much fun! we can’t wait to go back!
